“Congratulations on the opening of the 2022 CIIE. We have been looking forward to joining CIIE this year and in particular joining under the theme in the Danish Pavilion of Chinese Danish green transition. Import is very close to your heart. We are enablers of global trade doing shipping and logistics, but also decarbonization is very, very important to us. Our ambition is that our activities are operating on a net zero carbon emission basis by 2040. So we want to promote international trade, but do so in a way that limits the impact of the climate.”

  • SOUNDBITE Morten Hjorth, NORDiQ GROUP, COO
“CIIE is one of the top three forums in China that has opened to the outside world. This year we are part of Denmark Green Pavilion. China is under a green transition guided by its 3060 climate targets. CIIE 2022 is a stage where we are able to engage and provide experience and consultancy in achieving carbon neutrality in a pioneer company.

  • SOUNDBITE Henrik Mørkholt Sørensen,  CEO, DESMI Pumping Technology A/S

“DESMI participating in this year’s events in China and CIIE 2022. DESMI has been on the Chinese market for 17 years and we see this as our second home markets. The green agenda and the ambitious climate targets in China going forward to 2030- 2060 is something that we want to participate in. DESMI has a good product fits and we see this as a huge opportunity to develop our relationships at the CIIE 2022 with new and existing customers.

“We have great expectations to the Danish Pavilion in Chin. 250 square meters, nine different Danish companies showing their great products to the market would be a good opportunity for DESMI to expand our network. Join the synergies between the companies and not least meet new and existing customers in China.”

  • DANFOSS. DANISH PAVILION, CIIE EXHIBITION.
  • SOUNDBITE Kim Fausing, CEO, Danfoss.
“China is our second home market and Danfoss business has experienced rapid growth in China for more than 25 years. This is, for one thing, because of China’s focused ambition for carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. China is one of the innovative centers, the largest market and a power engine of the global economy. I have been in China many, many times over decades and I see many opportunities both for Danfoss and for China. We will continue to invest in China to create local jobs and growth, and we are looking forward to the continued strong collaboration. Finally, I would like to wish a great success for the CIIE this year and beyond. Thank you very much.”
